Great job! It has to feel good to overcome so many problems.
This year, I gave up Diet Coke for Lent and started drinking decaf coffee in place of the real stuff. After a couple weeks of seeing that it was easier than I thought, I changed up what, when, and how much I ate. I looked up the ideal weight for someone my height and set that as my goal. A few months later, someone pointed out that my goal was the ideal weight for a woman and I actually overshot the ideal weight for men. I ended up losing a total of 45 pounds over 4 months and have been maintaining for a couple of months. My blood pressure is much better and I started exercising.
Go read the "Put the fork down" thread on the Food&Drink board - they have lots of good advice there.

Is this program only available for OGB members? If so, is there a similar, medically supervised, program for non members? Not necessarily through Pennington, but preferably near Baton Rouge.

Most impressive, I've been struggling with weight issues myself and have many of the same problems. I was 320 in February, I'm sitting at just over 250 now. I hate skinny people

Congratulations. I have been there and know what it's like. I'm impressed that you managed to stick to that shake-replacement plan for 4 months without deviation.
