Its 100% legit. It’s going to be outrageously expensive at first. I have several friends in the business and have had 4 procedures myself, we’re talking 250k to go from NW7 to NW1 once it’s available to the public. Eventually as it becomes more mainstream price will go down but for the next decade it won’t be an option to most people.
