My 2 year old just pooped in the resort pool

With my GoPro Hero I was filming her frolick in the shallow end of the pool when suddenly I noticed something floating in front of my camera. It was a small poop nugget. I quickly looked around and noticed more...and the pool was packed.
So I quickly grabbed as many poop nuggets as I could find and discretely told my wife to get our kid out of the pool. I threw away the nuggets and took my child to the room to change the diaper.
In my silent panic I'm not sure if I grabbed all the pool nugs. There may be more floating around.
Should I call the front desk and tell them what happened (which may result in a Caddyshack cleaning of the pool which would ruin people's vacation) or should I just keep quiet?
For all I know there could be a Code Red occurring at the pool right now. I'm a little apprehensive to go back down there for a while.

Yes she was wearing a swim dipe. She just filled it up without us knowing of course until some nugs popped out into the pool.
