This story gets creepier and creepier, and unfortunately those weirdos took advantage of good natured and an extremely hospitable SW Missouri community.

No doubt. i was freaked out when I saw it. Here is a girl who plotted to kill her mom with a knife and these are pics of her licking a knife that are marked "Father's Day BBQ 2015". I was like "WTF" and then realized that it was my watermark on them.
Then of course perhaps you are referring to the fact that I get into researching sh!t like this from home which is also creepy. But hey, at least you don't have to sleep next to my creepy azz like my poor husband does. Imagine how he feels!

Gypsy is 23, not 19 as some reports have said (her mom lied and forged document to keep her childlike).
In 2012 Gypsy messaged a FB Friend about her bf to say " We met on a christiandateing site. And we made our relationship on oct 17,” “He has a split personality so we are talking about how we’re gonna deal with that in our marriage.” (Note: a "split personality. Is that a lie or perhaps Bi-polar disorder or Borderline personality disorder)
Gypsy asked her not to mention anything to her mother about the conversation. She also told the friend that is 2011 that she had a secret relationship with a man who was a "pedophile". But in 2011 Gypsy was 19 and legal age and therefore the man was not a pedophile in a relationship with her.
So Gypsy was lying/manipulating about the facts of it. But what were the lies
Did she lead the man to think she was younger, then use him to get money by blackmailing him by exposing him as a "pedophile?
Was it just a lie to get sympathy from a friend?
She is a gifted grifter/liar/manipulator who knows well the art of playing things and twisting them to make her looks so innocent and to get what she wants.

Gypsy's BF (Nic Godejohn) is not without a few "creepy factors of his own. In April 2013, he was arrested for masturbating in a McDonald’s Wisconsin. He had been viewing porn via his laptop while his hands were down his pants. He explained to police that cops he was simply scratching an itch.
Interesting but Godejohn's stepfather (Charlie Goldammer) is also a registered sex offender.
(Offense/Statutes found guilty of:
**OWI (4th w/ Passenger under 16 yr old) - felony,
**4th Degree Sexual Assault - misdemeanor,
**Contrib To Delinq'cy Of A Child(misdemeanor)
Some facts of the crime:
**There are 3 different birth dates listed for Gypsy.
**Godehohn asked Gypsy if she was“sure she wanted him to do kill DeeDe and Gypsy said yes”.
**DeeDee’s COD was stabbing,Godejohn as the attacker.
**Godejohn admitted he “thought about raping DeeDee but says he didn't.”
He said “he wouldn't have killed DeeDee unless Gypsy ordered him to and followed her orders.
Godejohn cut his finger while stabbing Dee Dee and Gypsy helped him clean up the blood with babywipes.
Gypsy knew Godejohn was going to stab DeeDee, did nothing to stop it, help to plan it, helped to clean up and did not report it to the authorities.”
She also admitted to being the one who posted the Facebook status about killing DeeDee so the body would be found.
DeeDee took thousands in cash from her mothers safe.
After cleaning up the blood, Gypsy called a Yellow Cab and left with Godejohn. They mailed the murder weapon to his home so as not to be caught traveling with it.

The mom asked for this I'd say. To convince and teach your child to live a lie would make them all kinds of fricked up I figure. The girl should be put in a mental care institution of some sort, maybe forever. She shouldn't do hard time. Guy deserves to be hung.

That must be one very special knife.
These are obviously not criminal masterminds we are dealing with. There is no indication they did much of anything to truly avoid being caught in this crime.
