How many times have we seen this cycle in BR? It’s a nearly 100% success rate. Within 10-15 years, every one of these developments goes to shite and brings the surrounding area with it. North Sherwood, South Sherwood, Coursey, O’Neal, Antioch, Siegen, Jefferson/Highland north of Airline, LSU campus area, etc. The list goes on and on, rinse and repeat.
