Your ear has some barotrauma issues. If you have or can borrow an otoscope. Look inside your ear canal and see if its inflamed and if the ear drum has fluid behind it. Or go to an ENT

First of all you didn't use double ear protection, idiot!
My dad wore hearing aids from three tour in the infantry in Vietnam shooting and being shot at, but he had nothing you talk about. I shoot my AR and 40 and have only the tinnitus from my car stereo.
