Mr. Wipperman gave woman driver a mouthful

According to the arrest report, She said he was chewing food and spit it on her, some of it went into her mouth, according to the report. The woman said Wipperman then opened her car door without permission and kept screaming and yelling at her, putting his finger in her face. A witness intervened. This happened on Oct. 29, two days before Halloween. However, the sheriff's office just arrested Wipperman on Thursday.
