Hop out, take a full 360° video (horizontally for Christs sake) of the scene. Then video the damage on both cars clearly.
Then move your damn vehicle. It's that easy.

Wow, that's a hell of a thought process.
It is.
I'm not moving my vehicle for you to go watch your kid strike out in tee ball.

Probably foregoing that flood insurance because it don't flood where you live.
Don't need it, Noah would beach himself 1/2 a mile from my house.

This should be a felony. It puts lives at risk.
The first thing a police office will tell you upon arriving at the scene, is to get the fricking cars out of the road!!!

This is painful to watch.
I would bet that 99% of wrecks are common sense to figure out with the damage location.
Then the rest of it will be a he said she said thing and that’s just gonna come down to insurance unless there are several witnesses

This is absolutely unequivocally correct.

If only we had portable high definition cameras in our pockets everywhere we went

What if you were selling to the right color though?

kaydence striking out in tee ball isn't going to kill you. Settle down helicopter dad.
My cousin broke both legs in a multi car wreck that began because two idiots didnt want to move their cars out of the interstate lanes after a fender bender.
Its an example of the ultimate sociopathic tendencies. There is only a small dent on my fender, but i will risk the lives of hundreds of people.
These are the worst of the worst type of people.

This thread is weird. I can't agree with OP or argue against him because I haven't been in a wreck in over 10 years, the only wreck of my life and was already cleared of the road. I can't say what I'll do next time because hopefully it won't happen anytime remotely soon. I drive way more than most, over 30k miles a year. Sunday I drove from Florida to Ohio (800 miles) and didn't see any wrecks. Just strange to ask people to have etiquette for an extremely uncommon and often traumatizing experience

Yeah,
And I got sued because a 16 yr old hit me head on because she was late for her job at WinnDixie and a trooper wrote the report wrong.

The cops won't even make you move. It's a liability on their part if they do and something happens.

Walt always drives off because he’s drunk behind the wheel and doesn’t want to risk a 12th DWI

Did you get your arse kicked by a tee ball dad or something? You’ve made multiple references to it throughout the thread

Totally worth risking lives.

Cop for Twenty plus years here. Do you know how I know you don't have the slightest idea what you're talking about?

Got in a wreck. Didn't move the cars, couldn't move the cars. Damage was obvious what happened.
Officer wrote the wrong report. Told him at the scene it was wrong. Said he wasn't changing it.
My insurance took care of me and fought with the other company for about a year. Got a letter saying it was 50/50. Never changed my premiums.
