Yeah, this is becoming almost commonplace. Often, 4 or 5 people are riding in each car.

if its not already, there needs to be a traffic law that requires oversized loads to follow in line and not travel side by side like that

I read somewhere that Central London restricts trucks from traveling around rush hours.
Maybe a good idea for here.

No clue. My guess is they are buying salvage title cars, getting them running, and selling them across the border.

Problem is the way they tow them is already dangerous and then add to that they tow in caravans under minimum speed limits. Really wish authorities could crack down on it more. They bottleneck I-10W every time I travel it.
