It's not "blatant disrespect", it's just subtle little jabs intended to piss me off. I have two kids, one 20 and one 15, and it's not anything they've ever even noticed.

I think you would be surprised what a perceptive kid can pick up on.

Believe me, I've done subtle things in return to the point that she hardly ever comes over anymore (she lives 10 miles away). I've accomplished this without ever being what I would call disrespectful.
We both understand that it's better for everyone if we have minimal contact. I can also assure you that my kids don't think that their Dad let their grandma run over him.
