I had a Terry Puhl signed card from around 1985 but I lost it.
I do have a Topps autograph Jeff Bagwell rookie card.

Have a Bruce Hornsby autographed picture from RCA 1986 publicity photo.

Have a Charles Grodin autographed CNBC publicity photo.

Have a Jeff Bagwell signed baseball and a Jeff Bagwell silver medallion.

A few people have mine, or likely threw it away by now.

I have 2:

First I got for free at Daq Cafe in Brusly one random Sunday. Russell Sheppard. It was right before the start of his freshman season and had him sign a camo LSU hat I had in my truck.

Second is a LOT more recent when I won a Pete Rose signed bat (not even game used) at an auction for a LOT more than it’s worth. After several drinks, I just wanted to bet so I was first to make a bet at a live auction…no one else bet. Still well over priced

Only have one and it's pretty useless as far as value goes. We opened up for Steve Wariner back in the late 90's at Bearcreek Steakhouse. Met him during sound check and got him to sign the top of my guitar. Multi-time instrumentalist of the year (guitar) and CGP, given to him by the late great Chet Atkins.
