Timberland Pro without a doubt. Spring for the pricey ones. They're worth it. First time I tried them on I didn't want to take them off.

I have tried other brands for the last 10 years and the red wings I bought 2 years ago are still going strong.
They will even replace the laces and oil them for you after a year or so.

I'm pretty tough on boots, and Red Wing quality took a shite a while ago. Right around the time Berkshire Hathaway bought 3/4 of the boot companies and started outsourcing labor and materials on 98% of boots made

Not boots, but I love the Skechers steel toe work shoes. Slip resistant with reinforced heel.
