Morning bathroom dump and hot girl who sits close to door

So I know like many Americans, I use company time to do my morning bathroom duties to make sure I'm regular.
I'm in an interesting situations though.. there is a cute girl who sits diagonal to the mens bathroom door.
Should I be anxious about dropping a deuce and the cute girl hear me fighting off the demons? Or should I just wash my hands and come out of the bathroom like nothing ever happened?
Any advice is helpful

I mean it's not right beside the bathroom, but I can come out of the bathroom and see her, also, that fricking bathroom is hollow is as shite.. any sounds or movements inside are amplified and can be heard outside
