Not sure yet, but you bet your arse they're hiding something. It's just a matter of time.

He has no fricking clue if I had to guess. He will pull some random one sided information out of his arse that most likely he heard about and never experienced first hand.

I feel like a lot of you in this thread aren't familiar with Lucas P.

Yep, they've got you exactly where they want you. I give it a couple more years and you'll be on this very website starting threads about your conversion and how the Mormon Gods saved your life and shite. I'm bookmarking this thread for just that day.

Well out of the 8 families that live in my subdivision all 8 are doctors that are currently in residency so if they are hiding something then they have done very well in front of a lot of people. I think next time before you talk shite about a collective of people you probably need to make sure you have a large enough sample size to form an opinion.

Well if you love these Mormons so much, why don't you just go get Mormonized and be done with it?

They know that I hate religion because I feel like it is a crutch that ties you to a way of life and still come around and have never one time tried to talk to me about religion past our initial conversation. Go ahead and tell me that you think it is because of my beliefs that they are secretly trying to sway me to their religion and I will once again call you a dumbass with a serious affliction to the tin foil hat crowd.

This right here is why I avoid organized religion.

You are seriously a fricking idiot. That is all that I can truly think of you right now. You have zero idea and are just flailing around like a man with no legs trying to stay afloat. It is apparent you don't even know a thing about how their religion works and should probably just chalk it up as a loss and let it go.

Well they've already got you brainwashed to the point where you're an avid Mormon apologist. I'd say conversion wouldn't be that much of a stretch. Pretty soon you'll be up at the Mormon building taking the Mormon oath.

Mormons are EXTREMELY self reliant. I don't know if this is entirely accurate, but I've heard that some Mormons stockpile enough food and provisions to last "a year and a day" in case the shite hits the fan. They are also very charitable to other members of their communities, LDS or not.
Like any religion, Mormonism certainly has its quirks, especially when viewed from the outside looking in. But you could do a whole lot worse than living in a town full of Mormons.

None of the ones around me have any stockpile of anything but they do all have the ability to live without reliances to anything which I find more impressive than suspect.

It's true. Every one of my mormon neighbors has an extremely well organized shelf system in their garage stocked with things like dry goods (beans, rice, flour, etc.), canned goods, and water (either bottled or stored in drums).

Confirmed, they're definitely up to something.

Might be the best thing to ever happen to central Florida.

I don't know him, but I don't think he's a dumbass at all. Lucas P's online persona is that of a slightly dim bulbed, argumentative contrarian, pseudo-intellectual. He's actually pretty funny, once you "get" his shtick!

That's exactly my point. After a Katrina type event, you won't find a Mormon on the roof begging for water. A Mormon would probably have the good sense to evacuate, but those who stayed to protect their homes and/or businesses would probably be well prepared for all contingencies - generator, fuel, food, water, medical supplies, boat, firearms, etc.
When the inevitable Zombie Apocalypse arrives, you're going to want to hang out with your Mormon neighbors. Like the Boy Scouts they are, they believe in the BSA motto, "Be Prepared".
