I don’t know what’s more sad, how the government blatantly disregarded the constitution and destroyed innocent citizens lives or how many here cheer it on all because they did it to a group they don’t like.

Either we’re all equal under the law or no one is equal under the law. Either we are a constitutional republic governed by equal application of the law, or we’re a 2-bit banana republic where the government can go after anyone it wants as a group.

I don't hate bikers, but I do hate loud bikes and lane splitting.

Either we are renegades who live outside of the law or we just want to be treated equally in the eyes of the law.

At least somebody is trying to make things right. Not all bikers are outlaws.

you give up your "innocent pity party" when you join a biker gang with a negative reputation. Stop with the sad "loss of rights" argument, it's tiring.

Would you put B.A.C.A.'s good reputation down on saying these guys never did anything illegal hiding behind their "vests"??

Went to my first Twin Peaks just outside of Dallas and there was a sign on the door that read no colors could be worn inside. That had to be the trashiest wait staff I have ever seen. It wasn't the tats it was the bellies that hung over there waistline. But the mother fricking draft beer was cold. All I got.

I do. But my riding days have ended.

I'm sure you still put on your outlaw costumes and walk around the house though.

They arrested and charged everyone there. They didn’t just arrest the “outlaws” as you call them. They arrested everyone on a motorcycle.

I'm similar. Hey to each there own, hell I'll take these over crotch rocket groups/gangs, but what I cant stand is the whining from these self proclaimed "share the road" fricking "badasses".

it's known you are instantly going in a govt file somewhere the moment you put certain vests on. Dont whine about it.

No bigger chumps than lawbreakers hiding behind the rules the lawman needs to stay behind. So no sympathy.

Most of the ones arrested were not part of any “outlaw” club and had nothing to do with the shootout.

Lay down with dogs........

If you want to wear a patch and talk about how you don’t have to live by societies rules and live by your own code, don’t be upset when you get slapped back to reality

Darth, I want to thank you for starting that thread about me pooping my pants the other day. It really taught me a lesson.

Darth, I’ve been following your threads on this subject, and I’m flat out stunned on the opinions. Look, I don’t care for bikers or their clubs, but this whole thing was wrong from the get-go. As it’s been stated many times, there was indiscriminate arrests, they rounded them all up. “It could’ve been me” is popular here. What if it was you? What if you weren’t in a club or hardcore, just like a weekend ride. Then you get arrested & property confiscated, lost job all because you ride a motorcycle?

Exactly. Shortsighted people just see this as bikers without realizing the overall implications of a government that has the power to wholesale arrest people based on nothing more than who they are. What amazes me is how many here proclaim to be small government conservatives who love the constitution and yet have no problem with citizens having their life destroyed by the state based not on law but by how they look.

Imagine if some nut snuck a loaded gun into a gun show and started a shootout. The cops come in and arrest everyone there and charge them all with murder and rioting because they’re all “alt-right extremists” and “gun nuts”. I’m sure progressive opponents of the 2nd Amemdmemt would cheer the wholesale arrests. The people cheering on what happened in Waco are no better than that.
