Per my wife's uncle who was general legal counsel for Westlake Group (petrochemicals) that crown goes to Ascension Parish. More corrupt than Malaysia or China in his experience. EVERY parish official has their both hands out. Let's not forget the election when it had all its votes for its candidate for governor and they were more than the number of registered voters in the parish. How the Lambert's avoided prison time is surprising.

That land building is net, you have to think of the area of land loss without the diversion.
