Sounds like hoodrat-on-hoodrat violence. Still concerning as that's a place you wouldn't expect ghetto violence (just like the Magazine St shooting last month). These TPOS are shooting/killing each other no matter the location or time of day.

Guy gets arrested for car jacking in January and 6 months later is shot dead.
Government needs to stop putting more laws on law abiding citizens. There is a subset of the population that is responsible for the violence in these shite hole cities.
