Giants are an underrated, well rounded team. Obviously Raiders are off limits. But Lawrence Taylor is the Bo Jackson of Tecmo defense. He's also the noseguard on fg block, you can block 90% of FG's and PAT's. Dave Meggett is solid running and Simms at QB throwing to Mark Ingram Sr and Bavaro at TE

Is it Bavaro that runs a route like the Bears TE, where even if the same play is picked on D you can still get the pass off?

The biggest cheese in the game is double tapping B with the D tackle as soon as the ball is snapped. If you have a slow qb and no shotgun, he'll sack you on the dropback every single time. Even on running plays. You are fricked. Just pray your opponent doesn't know about this. I nearly beat my brother to death with the controller one time

I wouldn't say the Giants are underrated. They won the Super Bowl the year that game was made. If Phil Simms was programmed with a little more arm power, and they had a lockdown guy in the secondary, they would challenge SF for the best team in that game.

The Bills were one of the very best teams on the game

In case y'all don't know. Smart people online still update this game every year with modern rosters (and expansion teams etc). They do a college version too.

They give you all the instructions in case you don't know how to do emulation.
Also you can get an adapter from retrousb that lets you use an original NES controller on your computer. I have it, use it all the time, it works perfect.
If you really want to get crazy, you can get a flashcart, which is an NES cartridge that reads games from an SD card. You wouldn't even have to emulate it, you can play an updated Tecmo Super Bowl on your real original Nintendo
