Why he is. This is no different than the guy letting his car roll out the driveway into the street.
When do we start taking responsibility. dog owner in this case. not the driver.
Thanks. I'm not sure why I should have to pay roughly $700-900 for someone else's negligence.
If I had posted the story as the dog owner people would be saying I should have had the mutt on a leash.

yeah but this is the OT. where doucebags twist everything to their motive.
I feel bad for the dog but unless the money to fix your car is going to the vet bills I would push for it.

even if its only $1 he shouldn't have to make a claim.

What's your comp deductible?
$500.
Plus time off + rental vehicle. Plus no more good driver discount I would assume.

yeah all of this is horse shite. if the dog was on a leash none of this would be discussed right now as it wouldn't have happened. I would feel this equates to someone losing a load out of the bed of their truck and you hit it.

Your a piece of shite. I hope you get sucker punched by the hulk.

Make him pay.
Also, if you were a real man you would drive a truck (men don't drive cars) and then you wouldn't need to worry about a dog screwing your ride up.

I hope that same dog crosses your path and your wreck in a ditch or something.

Could I sue him for doing that?

Your ins won't cover rental? Also, the accident wouldn't be your fault so the good driv discount should still be in tact, assuming your ins co doesn't put you at fault.
And I hope this guy doesn't skip any more English classes.

Deer is not a domesticated animal and doesn't require a leash. GTFO with your gay liberal shite.

Where did he say he was suing anyone?

How else do you think this will end:
(P)"Your dog ran out in front of my Prius and damaged it"
(D)"Not my dog"
(P) "Well shite, what do I do now"
Posted on 1/20/14 at 4:10 pm to GrammarKnotsi
You assumed he will.
Although he did ask about suing the hulk if he got sucker punched....so I guess he did inquire about it anyway.
