Good for them for finishing. Very dignified. I think I would have started hacking the hell out of the other team and fouled out of the game. At least go down swinging.
You know the other girls were focused on trying to break 100 points. Can't blame them either. Character building lessons all around.

Girls need to learn how to overcome adversity as well since girls can be more mean to each other than boys at that age

haha. Do you really think a random high school game is going to have that big an impact on their lives? They're in high school, they probably forgot about the game 10 minutes after it was over.
Edit: I'm trying to wrap my brain around this. Is this how the girls internal dialogue goes? "Wow we just got utterly destroyed tonight. We couldn't score a single point in a basketball game. But, you know what? I know from this day forward I'll never quit at anything in my life!"
