Again, I'm pretty sure that company policy isn't to knife customers. For any reason.
I get that he was on company time on company property. If Albertsons or any company couldn't be sued, this wouldn't be a story. A lot of lawyers would probably have to choose new professions as well.

So felons have a chance then? I'm with you on not hiring violent felons but this will make it harder for them to obtain jobs.
