Monopoly: Speed Rules

I am relatively new at this, but it makes the game go by so much faster. Board games come out around the holiday season so I thought I'd share this with all of my e-frens.
1: Everyone gets randomly dealt 3 deeds to start off the game. So you start with 3 properties already.
2: Whenever an unowned property is landed on, if the person doesn't want to pay face value, then it goes up for auction to all of the players (including the person who landed on it).
3: You only need three houses to build a hotel, not 4.
4: No "free parking" prize for the luxury tax etc pot in the middle. This only prolongs the game.
5: Game is over when the first person goes bankrupt, winner is who has the most money. The mortgage value of each deed is also added as money.

2 is already part of the real rules.
No free parking is already part of the real rules.
So you are gonna mostly play by the real rules except the house thing.
