Reminder: there’s a swinger festival in NOLA soon. There’s gonna be a lot of rippin’ and tearin’ of all sorts of pee pee and poo poo parts.

HIV can spread in other ways but is largely considered to be an STD. If 95% or more of the people getting this are linked to casually engaging in sexual activity with strangers, then yes, it should be considered a predominantly sexually transmitted infection.
