About two months ago I received a letter saying I didn't pay my utility bill. I called them up to see what was going on. The guy told me there didn't seem to be a problem and to disregard the letter. Four days later I get home and the power was out. Went to the backyard and noticed my meter had been removed. They just started accepting payments online and I still don't really know what happened, I was just told "they system messed up".
