Guys, I need a legit leg day workout plan. Usually I do squats, stiff leg dumbbell lifts (hamstrings), leg press, calf extensions, and jogging on incline. Is there anything else I really need or does that pretty much cover everything?

I would add high volume walking lunges. I prefer it with weight on my back vs. holding dumbbells, i feel more stable and like i can breathe better. Maybe some hamstring curls and leg extensions if you want some more body building types of workouts, you can do them at the end after your squats and other compound movements. I really like hamstring curls, or just hamstring training in general.

Y'all do lots of leg workouts? I got to a certain point and abandoned everything but running and machine-based cardio.

I do. I dread leg day but I love the results. I love having great quads and glutes.

For glutes I hit the elliptical an hour a day four days a week. I just don't like deadlifting or squats because it's a chore moving around the weights in a women's college. Yes, I'm lazy.

Just do pistol squats, arse to heel. You do those and your legs will get strong.

Stability ball leg curls are badass. I also use a stability ball to do split squats. shite is tough.

Chances are you won't be able to do them on the first try (pistol squats), but keep at it. It's a great sign of fitness if you can do it. Just takes time.

It's considered a cornerstone exercise of calisthenics.

I've been focused on upper body for a while. I can still do reps with 405 on deadliest and squats, but I'm more focused on upper body. I've probably been too focused on bench, but I do other upper body exercises, too.

You do "elliptical for glutes" and don't do squats or deads because you're lazy, but you can hit 405 squats for reps? You must be one of the most naturally strong people ever.

Not like I was in my twenties. Bench was big for a long time, so I focused on it. We've got a competition coming up in-house at MUW in April. I'll post the results, but I want to break the MS state raw bench record. Right now it's only 396 in my weight class. I pushed 440 a week ago. We will see what happens.

238 right now. Trying to get back down to around 220. Haven't had liquor since New Years, and it sucks.
