Wrong. I hate anyone trying to talk with me at the gym. I just want to workout by myself and be left alone.
The only people I will take time to chat with are the senior citizens at my gym. Many of them are just lonely and want to chat with someone.

You know that is going to be the only real interaction they are going to get and you never really know how bad off they are. There is an older lady named Chatty Cathy at my neighborhood gym that just goes and talks to everyone. It's amazing the stuff she remembers about everyone. The crazy thing is, she is loaded from old money and gives a bunch of it away anonymously. She paid for this girl that works at the gym tuition and she has no idea.
