Was pretty embarrassing. I as putting weights away and my old trainer tapped me on the shoulder to say hi. This startled me and cause me to smash my finger. I immediately start tearing up cause of the pain and go running into women's locker room to run cold water over it. Trainer follows me in there with ice from smoothie bar and starts fussing over my hand. Other women in locker room staring and everyone looking at me as I walk out of locker room with ice to my hand. Like I said.....walking disaster

BUT then she would be accused of trying to pick up someone at the gym. Can't win for losing. Glad I will never have this problem.

i took my frustrations out on my cute lil maltese pug watching the lsu game. i had to bring lil odell barkum jr to the vet hospital when i sobered up on sunday.

Most women don't wear their wedding rings to the gym.
I don't cause I don't want to mess up my ring and don't like the feeling of rings on my fingers when I'm working out.
