Just incredibly shitty writing. I feel like they completely wasted that opportunity. None of the story plays together, all the conflicts are completely separate. You have 7 separate driving characters right now (HHH, Vince, Stephanie, Roman, Ambrose, Brock, and Shane), and you manage to have none of them on the show at the same time until the last 3-5 minutes. And they aren't even two that are supposed to be building toward WM. What a cluster frick.
Maybe we are going to have HHH, Brock, Dean, Roman, and Shane all in the ring for an elimination chamber while Steph and Vince place bets on who wins.

How sad is it that in your build to the biggest event of the year, the guy you've shoved down everyone's throats for 2 years isn't even on tv because he gets boo'd out of the building.
Ambrose (as always) is just in the picture to try and get Roman over, he will continue to get beaten down so big brother can come save the day in a couple weeks in their desperate hope that he gets cheered.
