I understand this, but (to my knowledge) all the services related to security districts, associations, etc. are all one.

Colloquially, the entire thing is known as Bocage.

I don't disagree. I am just saying the longer politicians wait the more people they are gonna have fighting them. We should not be surprised by this. It is logical that the more they let develop around major highways and interstates the harder it'll be to expand infrastructure.

It makes me wonder why we let development happen where expansion could happen.
