I just rec'd an AP update on my phone saying that Landrieu just announced that the removal of the statues will begin early Monday morning. It didn't specify which statue or at what time though.

As someone who doesn't give a shite if the monuments stay up or not, I do find it amusing that people are holding candlelight vigils on site of these things. Don't you people have jobs?!
