This is a very significant detail. What was he wearing when last seen?

Does he have a cell phone? To go very far at all, one must have a source of money…any credit cards or bank account?

Could he have caught a ride with a trucker at the loves?

Has a missing person’s report been filed with the police?

I realize you don’t know all of this, but I am trying to get as much detail as I can. I will be traveling across Mississippi tomorrow and don’t want to be tackling every black guy that talks with a country accent!

His girlfriend says she found his keys and his phone and wallet when she came back to his house that night and said he was gone. There is more I wish I could go into on that front, but in case he's found safe and sound I don't want to paint her in a bad light and be sued for slander. She is married to another man and they've had a rocky relationship. I understand why he walked off angry, I just wish he'd taken his phone and wallet.

I saw on his Facebook page he is from Southaven, MS.

Southaven is where he was working at with a chemical cleanup company. I'll link the picture his mom and dad have made up for his missing person picture. If you could print a some off and distribute them and put them where people will see him I'd really appreciate it.

I hope your friend is found safe and unharmed, but you really should answer the question many have semi-posed regarding past drug use or mental issues. Information like that can be useful. Its not meant to be used as a reason not to care about your friends safety.

He's had problems with uppers before, and I think he's had depression but nothing like schizophrenia. I think the majority of his mental issues lately have stemmed from the relationship

This is a post on his Facebook a little over a month ago.

I'ma show ya #destinationunknown

If the police saw that, they aren’t going to look for him. I think you’re right, your friend just took a break considering he was seen at a store after he left the argument. The GF needs to be questioned about where she was after the argument.

I'd be cool with him taking some time to himself out of town if I knew he had money for food and a way to get in touch with people once he was ready to, but this doesn't feel like he was doing that at all. This is like he was mad and not thinking right and to leave without his phone and wallet makes me worried as hell but a guy I talked to last night with one of the bloodhound trail groups said they found a man in his 90's who had dementia and wondered off still alive in a thicket he couldn't get out of after FOUR DAYS. Bud is tough. Rooster didn't cut him any slack growing up and he's strong. He's in good shape so that gives me hope.

If the dude is “dating” a married woman I don’t think either one of them deserve any sympathy or aid from strangers.
They don’t sound like very good people

Try getting an APB of sorts out on local radio. They may try to help.

Found the motive if your friend winds up dead

Too late. First suspects are now the married GF and her husband.

Hope he ends up being found safe and sound though

Look they'd been separated and they got together. Brandon is a good dude that would help anyone. Don't run him down the road for getting with a woman that was separated from her husband. What's important is trying to FIND HIM. NOT JUDGE HIM.

I can't think like that. He's a really good guy and I wish everyone saying he isnt deserving of any "aid from strangers" had met him just one time. He's one of the most caring and kindest people I know. All I'm trying to do is find Brandon and think of ways we could cover more area.

No judgement here Turkey, but i would say it would be a waste of time to do anything else until the husband and wife's phones are in custody.

I hope someone or himself didn't do something irrevocable yet. But I think trying to do anything more after this will just be sifting through a lot of quick jokes.

His girlfriend is married to someone else?

That’s pretty significant, you probably should’ve added that in earlier, adds more context.

Of the three things he didn’t take with him, the wallet makes the least sense to me unless he was flat broke. He left the speculation door wide open leaving these 3 items behind which may have been his purpose. I suspect your friend will surface in the next few days after the dust settles.
