If I could find a combo that gives me Supermach and Absorb, I might be nigh unstoppable.

Thiefswd, vampcape, and bat is a good combo for Luciferx. It gives you absorption, power20, and recovery 10. I only had to back off three times and the battle only lasted about 10 minutes.

I am using the Wooden Sword, Kendo, and P. Shroom to give me Supermach and Absorb. Its great for everything except bosses so far

I've been using the pistol, wind armor and the tornado to get speed10 and speed30, been dominating with that
Just got the zomble pet to, you can just put the phone down and it scrolls you across the board automatically, gonna let it do that for a bit to get enough money for some new armor. Made it to 9.5km so far

p. shroom is the best pet for lower levels. I use it, leaf armor, and stick..gives

That combo is totally nerfed. I went from 1-175 in less than an hour.
Gold is hard to come by..do I just increase luck more and try for a thief armor combo?
Honestly, I see no need for superMach. I'm playing on iPad and there's enough area for a rolling 3 finger tap, it's much more comfortable than a two-finger tap to me. I think I like my original set up. The best part about it was how cheap it was. Just need to get lucky and get a pshroom early.

Now that I have Zomble I use a gold grind combo of Hook, Thief, Zomble, gives Golddigger and Deathmatch.
Exp grind combo is ThiefSw, VampCape, and Zomble. Gives Deathmatch, absorption, and scapegoat. (Scapegoat has the pet take damage at times..eventually you lose the pet?) this combo takes me awhile but you can't go forever, hence the reason for scapegoat, I think.
Currently at lvl373 dist: 9.2

Supermach is actually one of the best bonuses i've come across. I was using Leek, Pigtails, and Cannibis against Octoblue (boss). Octo is weak against earth which the leek and cannibis pet possess. I'd run up and just stoke out a bunch of hits on him before he would hit me, back up regain my health and do it again. Plus running through the stages where it takes more hits to kill enemies, I'll get a ton of hits in before they can react, most of the time killing them before they can injure me.

Is there a secret to getting this Zomble pet that I'm not getting? I've been farming the 9.0-9.3km area for at least two hours and still haven't seen it.

I think raising your luck helps but I kept going between the same screen you are and I finally got it.

Haven't gotten the Zomble to drop for me (yet) so I am using the Bat...

Yeah I need a higher level setup to go with to defeat Volcantis (boss after Devil).
I'll try that combo and see how it goes. I'm at lvl 700 now

I'm somewhere in the low 600's and running up to Volcantis. I think I am going to just auto-run to him, die, rinse and repeat until I can do better than get one-shotted. ;)

yeah I can take his first attack but for some reason the second is a guaranteed 1 hitter. It's weird. Guess I'll grind to 800 or so and see how it goes from there
