Actually the internet was invented in the 60’s and 70’s by ARPANET between UCLA and Stanford.
Who invented the internet.
Looks like we were both wrong because it wasn’t X’ers it was silent and greatest generations. But you are more wrong because you’re a smug, sanctimonious boomer who even tried to play off a Brit as one of your own

The Internet is a series of inventions working together.
The World Wide Web (www) that you are posting on is the brainchild of Tim Berners-Lee.
HTML
Tim Berners-LeeIn 1990, while working at CERN, Tim Berners-Lee develops HTML, which made a huge contribution to how we navigate and view the Internet today.
The first website, info.cern.ch, is developed by Tim Berners-Lee at CERN and published online on August 6, 1991.
WWW
Tim Berners-Lee introduces WWW (World Wide Web) to the public on August 6, 1991, and becomes publicly available on August 23, 1991. The WWW is what most people today consider the "Internet" or a series of sites and pages that are connected with links. The Internet had hundreds of people who helped develop the standards and technologies used today, but without the WWW, the Internet would not be as popular as it is today.

Consider, but technically isn’t.

You had no clue from the first post claiming Xers invented the Internet.
You still don't after being provided facts.

The Boomers built the nation.
Boomers haven't built anything except for the largest (national) debt in human history. The two or three generations prior to the Boomers built what most of us think of as "America". Roads, bridges, and schools that previous generations built for the Boomers are literally falling apart all over this country. Boomers took what those generations handed them and squandered it.

Before we beat them down too bad, maybe someone should compare the asset side of the financial statement in terms of wealth generated by citizens from say '65 to date, GDP, and the sheer value of assets held by the US government from embassies, military assets, satellites, to the value of un-fracked natural resources laying under federally held lands and shoreline. IER values the latter at about 150 trillion, so we have that going for us.

Invest as the boomers did
Boomers bought 11% cd’s thinking they were hot shite, not realizing that inflation was 10% and their mortgage rate was 20%

Why from 1965? Boomers didn't exercise any real political power until the 1980s and didn't take control of the federal government until Slick Willie took office in 1992. Boomers have been in control ever since. Your question seems kind of silly because Boomers didn't run up the national debt buying natural resource reserves. They ran up the debt mostly with stupid wars and entitlement spending that has followed Boomers from cradle to grave.
Other people talk about getting an inheritance from Boomer relatives. I won't be getting anything of the sort, but I will get a higher tax bill to pay for their entitlements. So thanks for that.

You know where you can find that information? By googling The Federal Reserve’s Survey of Consumer Finances.
