They will never extradite him. He has been in bed with too many powerful people in Mexico, and the first thing he'll do when he hits US soil is cut a deal to blab about it.

Pena has already gone on record saying that they would.

The biggest problem with bought off folks will be transporting him to the US. Once he is here, he's ours. He won't be getting away.

Anybody saw narcos? Or know how it worked with Pablo and Colombia?

If el chapo was Colombian they wouldn't extradite their legislature compromised with Pablo and said they don't extradite norcos bc there was almost a civil war in Colombia over it.

Pablo and other drug kings pins had Colombian government officials on their payroll to pass and keep the no extradition law in place. Until Conservative Colombian law officials finally struck it down. Civil unrest happened when the law was struck down because of the violence and kidnappings to force law makers to reinstate it. Almost a parallel with dictators in the middle east - do you keep them in power and or over throw and risk civil unrest because of the void it creates?

And they were the ones who taught the Mexicans how to do it. Once the CIA and the DEA got too embedded there, they needed to shift their base of operations.
