I think it'd be fine if they stayed. You don't even here about the alleged sexual misconduct until the resignation. Half the articles read along the lines of "X resigns because of internal investigation of sexual misconduct."

Yes they would. Don't be obtuse, a lot of these claims are unsubstantiated. There's another thread on the front page of the OT about this. The girl has no evidence of what actually happened and the guy has already been vilified. Now, he may have actually done it, but the point is we have no idea either way, but he's already been convicted in perception.

Except in this case Wynn actually paid the women $7.5 million hush money and hid it from the board of directors. Their share price will recover because they are one of the largest casino operations in the world and their casino in Macau prints money, but it has staggered for a few weeks ever since the news first broke. You acting like they will bounce back in a few days is naive.

FYI, they hit a 52 week high after their earnings report and before this news broke around 2 weeks ago of $203.63. They have been trading in the $160 range ever since closing today at $163.22. They have 102.8 million shares outstanding. That's $4 billion in market cap they have lost off of this news alone. Do you seriously think that is easily recovered in the matter of a few days?
