A manlet means a man of shorter stature who is over-muscled; perhaps someone who is trying to make up for his short stature and standing out with his muscular physique. To say that anyone under 6' or even 5'10? is a manlet is ridiculous, since the average male height In North America is 5' 9 1/2?.

Easy there, sport.

Check out the FB group Louisiana Bicycle Sell, Swap & Trade for a used bike.

I would never buy a "hybrid" bike. Look into something like a gravel bike that can give a more upright/comfortable ride but still be quite capable on the road and easy trails.

eta You can also check out the Pinkbike classifieds and eBay and you may find something within a reasonable distance. My friend has bought a couple bikes this way recently.

95% of the OT hate people that ride their bikes on the street. I have a Giant FWIW.

just purchased a 2017 Specialized crosstrail that was ridden once. Having it shipped to the house. What are some of the first accessories I should get for it?

Looking for a nice bike that I can use about 70% of the time on road and about 30% of time on dirt and wood trails.

Check out 29ers from bikes direct. I love riding sidewalks with it not worries about flats. Tires can go from 30-80lbs and front fork can be locked out depending on what you are riding that day.
