Lighten up, Francis.
I worried little about gray hairs because I was too busy fretting about going bald.
One day, I got sick of useless worrying and shaved my head.
No gray hairs now...or shampoo...or going for a haircut.

I may go the bald route sooner rather than later. No greys because the little hair I have is falling out.

Buy a good set of commercial clippers. I recommend Oesters. They're about $150, but they'll last for 20 years, and they're pretty easy to use.
Amazon sells a 00000 blade for $20. It gets right down to the scalp. The blades should last for a year or two.

It's the fear of shaving for the first time.

Sit down, boys. I got this.
Started turning gray at 15. In college I had salt and pepper. Mostly gray by 30. White by 35. Been gray most of my life. Have never colored it or done anything to hide it.
And you know what? Chicks dig it.

It's easy. Spend a few bucks to have a professional stylist talk you through it for the first time.
It will become super easy after a few weeks. I spend 10 minutes a pop, three times per week to maintain. I have cut myself one time in 18 months, and it was just a small pinch where the clippers grabbed me at the wrong angle.
