You use to be able to pick up decent looking chicks with low self esteem at a several places but it's pretty much down to just abortion clinics now and the quality has dropped off considerably there as well.

Yeah that's normally the trend.
A lot of the guys in jail right now have either serious drugs problems or are homeless. For the people with drug problems, they don't have easy access to their normal habits, eat 3 meals a day, and gain weight and look healthier. The same goes for the homeless.
On top of that, most of the guy inmates have to do some type of manual labor, which means working outside lifting heavy shite in Louisiana summer. Get some gains real quick if you're in there for 2-3 months.
For the ladies, it's different. They're held in a completely different facility from the men, don't get access to their normal beauty products, and don't do as much physical activity, resulting in them not getting as much exercise. Plus, their facility is a lot cooler, so they aren't sweating 24/7 like the males do. You pretty much hit the nail on the head.

I had a customer that came out with Natzi tattoos that looked terrible. Dude wasn't racist. He said he had to join a gang to keep from being someone's property.
