There was also place in Cortana that sold corn dogs

They also had an Orange Julius and a Candy Corn place. I miss the candy corn. Good stuff

and for the ladies...

Anyone remember Units in Cortana? You were not cool unless you had a knit outfit that came in a pre sealed bag.

No, it wasn't momma bravas. I remember drinking coke out of chilled pewter mugs. It had sort of an old Eurpope theme....anything?

Alright, this will confirm I am an old dude, but I used to love Buckskin Bill. I helped pay for those sickly looking Asian Elephants at the BREC zoo.

Also, I was a contestant on We Play Baton Rouge with the rug, Pat Shingleton when I was in 8th grade. I lost to this bitchy girl from my neighborhood. Still hurts.

Was the studio at Cortana or at WBRZ? It was for kids?

It was at WBRZ. No, it was mainly an adult game show. They had a week around Christmas, where they had teenage participants. I should have stuck with the SPORTS questions.

I used to say that you were not from BR if you had not made an appearance on his show.

Meeting Buckskin Bill was like meeting God (when you're 5)

Right on. I remember my parents taking me for a drive by past his house. I think it was in Sherwood Forest. They also showed me the famous Jimmy Swaggart's house on Tara Blvd., before he moved to Highland road.
