Meaning of swamp arse?

Heard a baw saying he had swamp arse real bad today at work. Everybody started laughing but I was unsure of what they were talking about. Anybody care to clarify?

Go a couple of days without showering, all the while shitting at your normal rate. You will then know what it means.

Prevented by taking a shower, and putting some type of powder in your nether regions.
If you don't have a valid excuse for not showering daily, and keeping up with hygiene then it's wrong.
Camping, or people on long jobs in the summer or heat I can understand, besides that just stay clean, and dry.
FWIW I use gold Bond cooling powder. It's in a grey bottle. Works great to prevent, and smells good.

I keep a spray can of gold bond in the gym bag in the summertime. A good 3-5 second blast down there after a cold shower does the trick.
