If everyone just says "Yes sir" and goes home, there's no story and no one gets to be racially outraged. The cop may have been wrong, but the situation was escalated by others. If you comply, and then bring action against the police force if you beleve you were treated illegally, nobody gets hurt, and the case of ferguson etc... Killed. Regardless of right or wrong, just polite behavior and compliance completely eliminates all of these incidents... Just me, but my life is more important than upping my street cred for my homies. Guess I was just raised different than these folks...

I mind my p's and q's, but where in the law does it say you have to be polite to a cop and say "Yes sir" or risk getting shot? Last I checked, there was no such law. The citizenry certainly has their part that they have to fix, but cops have got to drop that high and mighty attitude.
Oh, and the cop certainly had as much to do with escalating things as the 13 year olds or whatever they were. The other cop seemed to be rational and calm and talking to the kids and doing what a good cop should do, using it as a learning lesson for the kids. That is, until Billy bad arse decided he was going to rough up some 13 year olds because he was made to look the fool by not being able to walk and talk at the same time.

Lmao at the cop busting his arse & coming out of it into a full sprint at the beginning of the video. This cop came to work proper with his 5 hour energy.

You just haven't been exposed to the real world. How in this video did the police officer deserve or gain anyone's trust or respect? I mean, you actually expected people to show respect to such a fricking tool? Also, like the poster above me mentioned, these cops need to realize people don't have to act like they appreciate them or respect police officers. Yea, these turds could have diffused the situation by being polite but the cops weren't given any good will for obvious reasons.

The hoa rules have been posted in multiple conservative media outlets. The rules of the hoa clearly speak to the situation.
Seeing as the mom and daughter blatantly ignored the rules of the pool, they are the ones who created the situation and they suffered the consequences.

Seems like it's the cop who suffered the consequences . The girl will likely get a little money in a settlement.

Shes suing the city, good luck with that...
She is being sued by the HOA, and she will likely lose. At the least, she'll have likely legal fees, court costs.

Don't think any were quite that young, majority were 14-19yr olds.

Notice how the uproar over this died down when credible witnesses, black and white, came forward.

the uproar died b/c the cop resigned and the police chief admonished his actions as unacceptable.

Perhaps, but usually a resignation and admonishment does not stop the race-baiters and pot-stirrers. They generally milk these situations for all they can get.
