There used to be two McDonald’s on canal, one on the FQ side with a Royal street side entrance.
And another on the CBD side of canal near the theatres. That one had upstairs seating.

I saw a guy dealing 3 card monte take a few hundred off a European South Carolina basketball player there in the early 90’s.

Hell, back in the day was less than two years ago. Went to Unique this weekend for a pit stop and was surprised the prices finally changed.
