Been years ago now, but there was a guy with a small outfit that had his 18 year old son running in state routes for a large grocery distributor. He had a few trucks leased on to the distributor's trucking subsidiary however that works.

I think the kid spent half, or more, of his wages on lights and trim upgrades for his big ol' Peterbilt.
