Bad Conduct Discharge

It’s now being reported that the shooter was dismissed via a bad conduct discharge.

Since it is different from a dishonorable discharge, does anyone here know if this would have prohibited him from legally owning any firearms?

The scuttlebutt is that she was a Sunday school teacher.. Curious to know if that is the case.

Still wouldn't explain why he would shoot up the entire church though. He's a sick fricking piece of shite regardless..

Answer my question.

Why are you so focused on banning something that accounts for less than 5% of gun deaths a year.

You would be much more productive focusing your energy towards handguns.

Or even blunt objects apparently

What % should I wait for it to get to until I focus energy towards it? Is there a certain amount of people that need to be killed per year for me to care? Maybe over/under 2,000 until I should give a shite?

his uncle says "new" wife.

I guess she is a different wife from the one he abused to get a bad conduct discharge?

I'm just trying to understand why you are so focused on something that's responsible for a very small fraction of gun deaths. Gearing your efforts to handgun arguments would logically make way more sense

I also don't get why people are so adamant to say that "an AR15 is only owned for one reason, to mass murder"

I'll say it again, the millions upon millions of legally owned AR15s that haven't killed anyone disagree.

Oh wait he’s an atheist.. someone said it’s always about religion.

Killing is pure evil. Just as I assumed, no religious reasoning other than he hated religious people and apparently his wife went to that church.

From your 2nd post:

So that is the truck driven by the tattoo cowboy who was interviewed? The one who pursued the shitbag along with the hero who shot him?

Did you talk to them? I can't imagine the adrenaline rush everyone must have been feeling.

The Driver was wearing the same hat in his interview.

There is poor guy from Louisiana that shares the same name as the shooter.

Poor guy is getting lit up.

He and his toddler son are both wearing Toonces golf shirts in his profile picture.

Yeah, I got nosy and looked up his arrest records on nmcourts.gov

All that is listed is a divorce from the wife he beat in 2012.

ETA: LOL at the bitter down voter. Sorry your life sucks.
