Sky news justed interviewed young woman 20's who said she met a Hispanic woman who told them they were all going to die tonight.
As they were interviewing they cut the interview short so she could talk to authorities immediately. Looked like she definitely spoke to the girlfriend or wife of the shooter.

Possible he was firing off two weapons at the same time from his perch. They did pass traffic of multiple weapons in the room

Theory I have. This was orchestrated by ISIS using radicalized folks here in the US. They may have found some Hispanic family that hated white people or something and “sold” them on doing this.
