3 times in the chest from 500+ feet away, given the elevation just randomly shooting into the crowd, yes that would be very hard to do.

At major downtown hotels, people unload stuff to take to their rooms that require more than one bell cart. You apparently have never been to a hotel having a trade show.

Please explain your reasoning. A gun that is essentially mounted in place and stationary, moving at the discretion of the person operating the gun... unlikely to hit a stationary target 3 times while firing dozens of rounds per second?

He had tripods. Three grouped shots would be plausible with the rapid fire. He wasn't sniping them.

And you had the nerves to ask me if I shot a rapid fire weapon. Just because you put a gun on a tripod doesn't mean it's 100% stable. The point target maximum effective range of a 249 is approx 600 meters, you aren't getting 3 straight shots in the chest of anyone from how far the shooter was.
