The Welsh PD normally follows the kids around town when they're doing this for homecoming week so shite like this doesn't happen. Roger lives out of the city limits so I guess they were on their own.
I get the tradition, but it's fun for everyone but the homeowner. I could see it being discouraged after this incident.

I think in most cases a plea deal is OK. It saves a lot of money for the tax payers and there's always a chance you lose a trail bc of shoddy investigation or some fricked up technicality. With a plea deal you're assuring the criminal actually spends some jail time.

Had the guy did nothing and once the kids know that , who says they won’t come trash it again ? Roll someone’s yard that you personally know.

Technically I see it as trespassing/ littering and the kids shoukd clean it up.

Shooting the gun is a lil overboard but this may have been the 5x time it has happened here

I’m glad you had fun vandalizing property. There is no difference in littering in the yard vs slashing tires or breaking windows. If you vandalize someone’s property, you should go to jail. If you take your kids to do it, you should also go to jail.

Haha stfu everyone does it in small towns it’s called traditional fun it’s been like that in Jeff Davis parish ever since I was born. Do you think the damn police would follow kids around and let them do it if was vandalism?

This case is another example of why I remain proficient with pellet guns and sling shots .... to hammer little shits attempting to roll my property.

Toilet paper is a bitch to clean up, takes forever.

In the meantime, one carefully placed pellet to the arse or a marble to the nugget teaches them a lesson without doing permanent damage.
