Man sexually batters woman, takes video of her having seizure

A man sexually battered a woman and took video of her while she was having a seizure, according to a Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office report.

The man — Jasmin Naureus, 38, of Greenacres — was arrested and charged with sexual assault and battery by strangulation. He is being held in the Palm Beach County jail and is expected to appear in court Friday morning.

According to the report, just after midnight on Dec. 30, a 44-year-old woman was having a seizure inside her home when she realized Naureus was standing over her taking video and photos.

When she gain consciousness, the woman and Naureus got into a verbal altercation. The report says Naureus grabbed the woman’s cell phone, so she grabbed his and tried to lock herself in a bathroom.

Naureus forced the door open and began to attack her. According to the report, he punched and kicked her “many times.” He also grabbed her by the throat and slammed her against a wall.

He then sexually battered her, and threatened to sexually batter her with a candlestick.
