Almost all crime is repeat crime. For example a recent study showed people arrested for murder in New York City has an average of 12 prior arrests.
The vast majority of people commit essentially no crime and a tiny percentage commits almost all of it.
Lock these animals up and throw away the key.
I'm tired of good people suffering at the hands of these monsters and the judges and DAs that allow them in the streets should be held accountable as they are absolutely directly responsible for this shite.

Is this what you feel in your heart or what your gut tells you all the way out in Nutriafrick, Louisiana? The internet is such a great place to just make shite up.
A few years ago Atlanta went the first 6 months without a white murder. The white murder rate is below the national white murder rate a lot of years.
