There's been a steady stream of pedo stories coming out of St. Tammany the past few years so I wouldn't be tooting your horn too much about places unsafe to raise kids.

The dude in the video must have flipped like that cause maybe he looked at that barricade and car blocking the street as a fence, or a wall that separated his side of the street and their side of the street.
